Saving is an educational tool. From an early age (starting at the age of 5), STI students are accustomed to the practice of saving. The purpose of this activity is quite simple, which is to instill in them the habit of managing finances for their future needs.
To make students enjoy saving, STI has created engaging programs, one of which is the “Datangke Bank, Membuka Rekening Tabungan” (Datangke Bank, Opening a Savings Account) program. Students are invited to experience the process of opening a savings account themselves, after being given an understanding of the benefits of saving. The process is made as interesting as possible to inspire enthusiasm for saving. By experiencing the stages of opening an account to making deposits firsthand, it is hoped that students will develop a liking for saving.
