The world has changed. At present, even preschool students have no choice since but to meet the change of the world, the process of education must embrace the same. In late 1999, the new government reformed the local education and introduced a crash program called kindergarten for all. As a part of the efforts to encourage preschool across the country without having to worry so much about the instructure communities.
